ELECTROMAGNETIC MULTI-DISC CLUTCHES TELCOMEC

Telcomec Electromagnetic Multi-Disc Clutches are used to connect and disconnect two rotating components of a system, using an electromagnetic field that attracts the friction discs to each other. They transmit torque from the driving shaft to the driven shaft, with the amount of torque determined by the force with which the discs are pressed together.

These clutches are ideal for remote electrical control of electromechanical transmissions and applications requiring engagement at speed. Full torque transmission occurs with minimal initial slip, ensuring a smooth and linear start without jerky movements.
