Sidewall conveyor belt can be used for horizontal, sloping or vertical conveyance, it is one of the most effective ways of elevating materials in a confined space, the economy is achieved by single belt operation, wide range material can be handled, less space and requirement, no transfer point, low maintenance and big capacity.
Sidewall Conveyor Belt Introduction:
The conveyor belt selects the most advanced raw materials and adopts the unique technique. The block, theclapboard, and the belt are combined into a whole through the secondary sulphur method. It has the feature of soft in the strong, no desquamate, with the new structures of laniate resistant, and twist resistant. At the same time, it has the common features as the general conveyor belt, such as the large angle of transter, the agility of the angle change, the low cost of the energy, and the high effciency of work etc. It is line with HG/T4062-2008.
It can make the supplies in bulk transfer continuously in the angle of 0-90°. It has the advantage of large conveying inclination angle, wide range of use, small area, no transfer point, reduced investment in civil construction, low maintenance cost, and large conveying volume etc.. It solves the problem of the unreachable conveying angle of general conveyer belt and pattern conveyer belt. The conveyor belt can be designed as a complete conveying system according to the requirements of the use environment, avoiding the coe-fficient of enhancement for gap conveying and complex conveying.
The conveyor belt can transfer various bulk materials in the angle of level, slope,apeak and other changeable angle; no matter it is coal, mine, sand, fertilizer or food stuff. The size of the granularity less than 400mm has no restrictions, and the quantity of transfer can be selected from 1 cubic meter/hour to 6000 cubic meters/hour.
Characteristics of Sidewall Conveyor Belt:
- Materials can be conveyed at large slope up to 90degree;
- The belt has large loading capacity and the materials can not be scattered;
- The slope of conveying can be changed from horizontal to sloping, or from sloping to horizontal;
- The conveyor is simple in structure,flexible in arrangement and occupy only a small area.

{width*[layers+(upper coating+lower coating)/1.5]*perimeter}+(perimeter*2*SK)+(perimeter/space*effective width CTK)
